I started with ten seeds—gifted by a friend who had spent years refining the genetics. The flower was exceptional: potent, aromatic, and high yielding. The process seemed simple enough. Germinate in a paper towel, move to soil, add light, water, nutrients, and time.  Easy, right?

Months later, two of the three revealed themselves as male.  Out of ten seeds, only one plant would produce the buds that were the entire point of the process.  There had to be a better way.
